My 02 has just over 150,000 and is still running strong. Always did synthetic oil changes at 10,000 miles and have never had a problem. The wheel bearings have been the only major issue with this truck since I've owned it. The only other thing I would be VERY sure about is to make sure the transmission is in good condition. Make sure you take a good test drive and pay attention to any signs of noise or slippage. Also make sure the 4 x 4 system is engaging properly if it's a 4 wheel drive. Engine wise, both the 4.6 liter V-8 like I have in my Limited and the 4.0 liter V-6 are bullet proof and can easily exceed 200,000 miles.
