Over heating issues

I have a 2000 Cadillac Deville  replaced
water pump radiator took out the thermostat  
fans run fine and the car is still over heating.
Can anyone one tell me why

OK I got the car in August it was overheating so I replaced the radiator water pump and the thermostat then removed the thermostat in September and it's still overheating. So my nephew who is a mechanic is lost on what to do

I'm almost positive that if it was the head gasket it would have not be drivable for this long

My nephew did all that and damn car is still overheating the only thing he did not do is blow the lines out. I even took it to the dealer and they can not figure it out either

OK I just got the car because my transmission went out in my truck but Im going to get rid of the after I get my income tax so I can fix my transmission
