How bleed air out of radiator after draining and filling?

Park the car facing uphill on a slope. Remove the radiator cap (WHEN COOL!) and start the car. Top off the fluid and let it idle with the heater on until fully warm. Add coolant as needed.

Does that year vehicle have a cap on the overflow tank to add antifreeze ?
There is no radiator cap on 1999 Cadillac DeVille. There is only an overflow fill tank with pressurized fill cap. How bleed air pockets out of system? Never had to do this on older cars.

If so bleed air like this. Remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle once vehicle starts to reach operating temp thermostat starts to open and antifreeze level will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on. Also you will notice that the antifreeze level will rise in tank this is normal and will drop when thermostat starts to open.
So there is no bleed valves or any special equipment needed to bleed the air out of cooling system?
