I have a 1998 Cadillac deville I replaced the
altenator a few months ago and everything worked
fine.... it then died on me today noticed the bolt
where the main power goes onto the altenator was
lose but the wire was tight. so I replaced the
altenator again and now it won't roll over

Go over your work and look for any wire you forgot to reconnect or is now loose on anything you touched (alternator, battery, starter, etc.).
