I have a 2001 Ford Focus. It won't start. The fuel pump isn't on when u turn the key over. I changed the fuel pump but it's still doing the same thing. What else could be wrong?

Check to see if power is going to fuel pump. You will need a test light to check for power and also make sure you have a good ground. Check for blown fuel pump fuse.
Firebird338 I have power going to the fuel

If you have power going to pump and it's not pumping you need fuel pump.

Even if it is a new pump you installed. Check connections to new pump making sure its making good connection from wiring harness to pump. Make sure none of the prongs are bent when connecting fuel pump wiring harness to pump.

So the fuel pump is still not working and to have power to pump and the connections are good. Sounds like you have a bad pump or a bad ground.
Ok I'll check the ground. Or could the computer have shut down the car

If the computer had shut down you would not have power to the fuel pump.
