Have a viberation in the car when you get up to speed 52-62 ,have new tires,balance ,rotated them,front end aliment,new lower balljoint on passenger side,outer tire rod replaced on both side,both front brakes hubs, &brakes.Still vibrates down the road.

Have you checked your suspension? I remember one issue, I came across, only vibration at a certain speed, about or below that speed, no vibration. Replacing the rear shocks on that vehicle fixed the problem. Whether it will fix yours or not, I don't know? Just a thought.
Might be a CV joint/axle, although tires are usually the first suspect.
