why may all the lights come on everytime the doors are opened

sometimes the headlights come on just while the van is setting there.

Hi check your key fob if the vehicle has one ...there are small disks in them that are used to make the contacts when the buttons are pushed ..we have seen these come loose and slide into weird positions and make contact where the are not supposed to and do exactly what your saying....split the key fob apart like you are changing the battery and then pull the circuit board out fron the rubber buttons and look for the small brass discs.. you will see if they are in place good luck
