Dodge Grand Caravan 98 Clicks Once Wont Start, Post Alarm triggered Issue

I have this very annoying situation where when I try to start the Van it clicks
Once but wont crank (most of the time). It all started a week ago when the
Alarm system was triggered. My door locks are wearing out and i dont have
the key fob anymore, so about a week ago while i was trying to unlock the Van
with the key and it kept locking the door instead of unlocking it, i tried to force
unlock it, which unlocked just the driver side door, I got in and tried starting the
Van and Bam it triggered the alam. After looking all around the internet and
trying a bunch of different things that didnt work I did the hard reset technique
where you connect he + terminal to the - terminal and just left it over night, the
next day the reconnected the terminals to the battery, although it did not start
right away, it only took 4, 5 tries and it ran, worked like a charm. Over the past
week though it started taking more and more tries for it to work and today it
wont work At All and cost me a $48 parking ticket smh. All it does is that one
dreadful click and thats all she does. A few additional important things to
mention:

Starter: Replaced in June 2016 Less than 3 years ago
Battery: Replaced September 2016, about 2 and half years ago
