what to do next? Carb?

1986 Brat 1.L I have replaced the following. fuel pump filters plugs wires cap rotor pvc egr
. was getting 26 mpg now 17 or less. Smells like fuel behind rig and blue smoke. Is this
the carb you think? Thanks for any answers

Sound like the carb is dumping too much fuel into the engine. Did you pull a plug and smell it for raw unburned fuel ?
