Just got new battery

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So about a month a go I got a new battery
and it was working fine up until now, it just
does overnight. I left no lights on. I don't
think it's the altenator, could it be something
else? I don't know if this is in relation( I know
nothing about cars), but ever since I got the
new Battery installed, when I start the car My
rpm goes up then goes back up and it never
did that before I got the new Battery.

The two have nothing to do with each other try cleaning the throttle body with CRC cleaner and see if that helps...(copy and paste)...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EwnX35Az1sE

TPS sensor is making the idle fluctuate.. Check the alt. They do go bad..
