do all 2009 have transmission problems

Agree with Tom, don't skip the Auto trans fluid changes or you'll be asking for trouble. Chances are if you have the fluid flushed, or at least change it, your problems will likely go away. If you ignore, it will only get worse until it fails. If your a do it yourselfer and want to do the fluid change at home, you probably find that only about a gallon of fluid can be drained at once, so you'll have to keep draining and replacing a gallon at a time, probably three or four rounds, to get all the old stuff out. It's a pain, but worth it!
