How do i know if the clicking noise is from needing actuators or if the oil pressure is just low?

these are two separate things, actuators are electrical motors that move things like the little plastic doors in your dash for air direction or heat/AC (called "blend doors" or "mode doors"), or they move the door locks, etc. When they go bad they can make "clicking" noises (they have little plastic gears that can strip). LOW OIL on the other hand, can result in engine noises, suck as the lifters make a "chatter", or worse. They really don't sound the same and someone with experience will be able to discern the difference. Of course you should check your oil level often, noise or no noise.
