My AC fuse blows once it is put in and the air conditioner is started. When the wire is disconnected from the Compressor everything stays on and the fuse does not blow. 4 Answers

I tested the wire when disconnected from the compressor and it has power when on, the fan blows fine, and the fuse does not blow.
