While sitting at idle...the engine speeds up then sounds normal then speeds up then sounds normal..what is causing this?

sounds like an idle air control...will check to see if your engine has one~

...okay, you will be able to pull it off and clean it with brake cleaner and possibly replace the gaskets---but here are some prices~

Of course...it's not like anythings gonna wear away with only gasoline and air fumes....gaskets...don't trust Techron will eat gaskets...I've noted~
