Saab 93 Wagon 2009, Wont start when it is very cold below 32 F. Anyone have a solution?

Asked by EricsSAAB Jan 23, 2019 at 04:07 PM about the 2009 Saab 9-3

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When its cold out and the car has been sitting over night or all day in the lot it is
quite difficult to start. When it goes into the teens -forget it.  But once it starts
and car is warmed up I can stop at the grocery store or a restaurant and it is
fine starting when I come back.  Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks, Eric

Clean front and back o2 sensors, Cheack spark plug gaps, gaps size is listed under hood at engine bay, check air filter, spray clean maf sensor, make sure using original spark plugs( maker, part number) Chang plug factory ones for news ones. Change fuel filter only use primium gas from now on with new plugs, make sure gas cap on tight, when turning on key only turn to on position until it stops beeping, this is pushing gas to engine as well as checking ecu and other important components
