Hey can anybody help me with this problem I have, I have a 94 civic sedan every time I set my rpm at 7 to 8 it blogs and sputter and shuts off, wen I try to drive it, it back fire n wont catch speed

Not sure how you "set my rpm at 7 to 8" Idle is 600-800 rpm Some Civics don't have a tach at all. - Need some help on your question
