92 civic b15b7 1.5L with turbo intercooler elec ign and upgraded fuel pump. Are any other upgrade needed to install 450 cc injectors? They come with the leads/wires. Is that all I need?

umm b15, as in the base model, not special or built in anyway am I correct?

Only on the outside as far as I know. There was a moterswap done and it is not my car. I am helping an older friend. But I am pretty sure it is starving for fuel

for a d15? bolt ons dont usually give a high hp increase... you should concentrate on better compression (porting 20 cam lobes, aem crank, bigger pistons, tougher gasket) then slap in a decent cold air intake or ram air then you're good to go...
