a light came on in my 2010 toyota Corolla S. its above my tac and shaped like a horse-shoe with ! in the middle, what does that mean.h

I believe its a low tire pressure warning light.

Michael is correct. When you check your tire pressure look on the door frame for the factory recommended pressure. Then check all 5 tires- including the spare (true for full size, not sure about "safety" tires). The light will go out after low pressure is corrected Good Luck HTH
