check in the Engine near the strut mount ..there should be a plaque with several numbers including VIN and in that information should be the build number of your car. Hope that helps
Call the Ford Techline, they can get you a certificate and tell you what the production number is. 1-800-FORD788. I got a certificate there for my Mercury Marauder.
