The window might be off its tracks or when you try to roll the window down, listen try to see if you can hear the motor, if it's electric. The best way to figure it out is to pop the clips around the inside of the door to see the skelton of the door.

I have a ford fushion 2010 that will not allow me to roll it down. Every other window works perfectly fine. (i'm not sure if i put the correct trim in)
