1996 Ford Explorer XLT, V-8...brake stoplamps

all the fuses and light bulbs are good and I replace a new brake switch and it still doesnt
work, please help me!!!

does anything besides the brake lights not work that might be connected to it

Use a multi meter at the brake switch you replaced to ensure you have 12 volts at that location. Then check the new switch to make sure it is operating. If all is good there you will have to check the wire back to the tail lights.
