it doesn't have one from the factory. It doesn't need one. its not a diesel.
I couldn't find one on my 2013 explorer. Just because its not diesel doesn't mean it wont have one either. Plenty of gas engines have them for colder climate areas.
Have an aftermarket heater installed if you need one.
