When heater blower stops blowing air. It should be relay fuse plus the cooling fan to is not working to it all happen. When I took the battery out of the car it is 1996 Ford Taurus

It's a older car and the blower has run a long time. Most likely is that the motor brushes are too short. Check for power at the blower motor. If no power at the motor, check the speed control resister and the fuse.
