When you say he fixed the problem did he remove stuck key from ignition or replaced ignition switch ?
he removed the stuck key from ignition and fixed the same ignition switch. i already bring to shop but they are telling me that it needs to reset the computer box. does it something to do with computer box?

One more question. When you say trying to start do you mean the engine cranks over and does not start or do you get nothing at all when trying to start vehicle ?

Can you help me understand something. I have seen people put the wrong key in the ignition and it gets stuck but from what you are saying it was the key that you always used to start the vehicle. What I do not understand is how did the right get stuck in the ignition in the first place ? Because if it did you have a bad ignition switch.
same like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfBBO4erGuU
the ignition key issue is finish, the problem now is the engine wont start.
I haf a kia rio 2013. I had an accident the car is already fix but the key is stuck in the ignition
I have a 2013 kia rio this be the second time the key gets stuck in ignition and will only let me turn to the first click and stuck. The first time I put lube in there I bought a new key solved problem. was pricey...Its only been about 2 -3 months and its doing it again. It cost me around $75 for a new one...
