I have a 2013 passat and i bought a mew battery
husband put in wrong called dealership told them
the problem he told us to buy a voltage fuse and it
still would not start

Reversing polarity can cause all sorts of damage. You probably will need to have it towed to the mechanic of your choice.

START OR TURN OVER...THAT IS THE QUESTION.......A FUSE FOR THE FUSE BOX RIGHT??

check your fuses it likely blew more then a few. hopefully it did not short out any relays and or computers. you may want to start on what does work and what doesn;t and work your way from there. Start pulling fuses and you are likely going to have to pull and check every single one. *do them one at a time replacing them as you go*
