Dash not working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
When I start my car it starts going through a list of
things that need to be checked. It drives fine but
the temperature and gas gauge wont work. The
speedometer doesn't work either. Could it be a
blown fuse?

Yes it coild be a fuse marked "inst" or "clstr" also you may want to remove screws ant tip the cluster out and check the connector one side may not be completely snapped in. I hope this helps. Take care.
ok, im looking at my manual and i have and under the hood there is a mini fuse labled instrument cluster/fuel system control module/heater ventilation, and air conditioning run/crank and then there are fuses in my trunk that has one listed as instrument cluster. should i replace them both or is there a way to check them other then buying a tool to check them? I will also try checking to make sure they are all the way in
Behind the rear bumper there's two blind spot modules disconnect them and your car is going to be fine
Also have this problem but now it won’t start!
Where behind the rear bumper are the 2 modules?
@guruRZ5KP Mine is now doing this too. Have you figured out the problem yet?
@GuruLP6HM Have you figured out the problem yet? Mine did this today.

Mine did this too and wouldn't start. Unplugged the side detection modules and it fired right up and works fine now
I had to remove the cup holder liner and set my fob in the slot and I can now drive the car but none of my gauges work... I'm taking mine to the dealer :(
@Huracan_2421 No, I did not. I got it started and took it to the dealership. Apparently I had coverage from the extra warranty from when I bought the car. They diagnosed all the issues and it traced back to the object detection modules (right & left) in the rear bumper. They are the same part number: 22960642 see link (link if for the US. the dealership said it would have cost $700 for the parts) https://www.gmpartsdirect.com/oem-parts/gm-object- sensor-22960642

How do I find the detection module is behind the rear bumper I'm having the same issue
Under the rear bumper, there are two small modules one on each side by the curved sides. They are fairly small 3"x3" maybe
I found out it was the instrument cluster panel. Take out the dashboard cover froml and pull out the instrument panel cluster. The part cost about $250.
