Fuel pressure and delivery come to mind first. Is the Check Engine light on? Does it want to die while driving at a steady speed, accelerating or at stops? If it's at stops, clean the throttle body and IAC. Disconnect the battery and let the computer re-learn idle. If you're losing power at a steady speed, I'd look at the Catalytic converter.
