why is my condensation discharge staining the driveway?

Condensation from what? Heater core? If it's coolant and not just water, then you have a leaky core.

When a car is new there is an oil that is put on the evaporators due to an emissions regulation. This though should wear off within 5K miles and stop staining your driveway or garage floor. Have you changed your cabin air filter on this suburban? You might have leaves or road debris in this drip pan. I see it all the time. You would be amazed at what can fit in this pan and drip tube.
