Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The defroster light comes on but the rear window does not heat. Fuse is good and the relay is good??

Most likely the connection between the heat source power wire and the glass grid. I went through this on my car, and what you describe is exactly the same--- button shows defrost is on and fuse and relay good and that turned out to be the problem, They wanted to install an entire new rear window, I declined..it can get expensive.

Thank you for the reply. I am not good at repairs but have good mechanical skills. Where do I look exactly to start? Kiaman
