Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2016 grand caravan, with 3.6. It started idling rough. My mechanic is
telling me that the left head needs to be replaced and he hopes that fixes the
problem. Was wondering if anyone may have ran into the same issue and knew
what it might be.

No he didn't say that it was warped or cracked. He changed the plugs and a coil (I think coil 6) and it didn't fix the problem so he said what he was reading was that this was a common problem caused by the left head. I haven't found any water in oil and thought that was an indicator of bad head.
