Car won’t start nothing

Battery and alternator good. Tried to jump would
not start then 5 minutes later started

I had the same problem. car has less than 25000 miles and is a 2017. got out of car, locked then unlocked door. got back in and it started fine but all electronics reset, clock was set to 12:00 A/C turned off and defrost turned on and radio station was reset
