car is off but clock, radio and blower stay on

Ignition switch is defective probably. They are inherently bad. When turning the ignition off, it goes into the accessory slot and still lets you remove the key. That's the first hint to it breaking apart inside. Replace immediately lol. Not a hard job if you can do minor repairs.
