A solar, or plug-in battery maintainer may help. There is always a parasitic draw in your car from the electronics that require current for memory (radio, engine computer, etc..). It wouldn't be unusual for the battery to be drawn down in two weeks. Especially if it's an older battery.
the computer and radio memory shouldn't kill a battery in 2 weeks. you must be getting some extra draw down. you might want to connect an ampmeter between the positive battery cable and the battery and seeing how many amps it's pulling. then you will know what amp charge it will take to over ride the problem. a better answer might be to fix the problem.

A battery disconnect switch, may also help, if you intend on storing the vehicle for long periods of time. Keep in mind, that when you turn the switch back on, it may take the engine computer some a little time to relearn. Meaning,.... the car might run a little goofy for a day or so.

I disagree wlogan. If this is done often enough, on a regular basis, it will weaken even a brand new battery to the point that it won't last for 2 weeks, without starting/charging the vehicle.

Are you letting the vehicle sit for 2 weeks without starting it? And,... are you doing this on a regular basis?

Sorry, I missed the part about it being a new battery. But answers to the previous questions would be helpful.
