if you didht already destry the cam/valve train add >http://www.autozone.com/motor-oil-and-transmission-fluid/engine- additive-and-cleaner/zmax-engine-formula-lubricant/55716_0_0/

Lucas Engine Oil Stabilizer is also great to stop a valve tap.
