My 2006 nissan maxima wont start, replaced battery. Started right up, then drove it store, 20 minutes later wont start. make a clicking sound. wont take a jump now.. Can anyone help ?

Check you solenoid and sensors. They're notoriously bad. Also likely culprits are the intelligent power distribution and fuel pump, but that's usually after sitting through a significant decrease in temperature. Fortunately you've got one of the good years, so don't give up on it :)
