Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi everyone. My car starting making this
rattling (kind of like from a toy wooden
rattle). It happens when I turn the engine
on and happens throughout all gear shifts
and speed. I don’t expect a diagnoses
from my explanation but would be pleased
to receive one. Otherwise, I would just like
to know what the car part pictured below is
because that is where the sound is coming
from. Thanks for ur time.
