Help with fuel system

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My 2003 Nissan Frontier stopped getting gas to the fuel injectors. We have replaced the fuel pump, the sending unit, the fuel filter and still do not have fuel coming to the injectors. We have fuel past the filter, have tried to blow the lines. For some reason, it seems like the fuel is pumping back into the gas tank. Can you tell me what might be the problem.

have you tried blowing out the line...the pump is pushing fuel right???
If you have fuel pressure at filter and have verified pressure, may need to check the fuel pressure regulator on fuel rail, may be bad.
Diagram of v6, but 4cyl have same regulator.
I have another question for 2004 Frontier when you first turn the key on the pump sends gas to the fuel rail but stops just after a couple ounces it continues to run the pump that is but no more fuel why
