Have you cleaned the throttle body? installed a new air cleaner, did you change the PCV Valve ? and there is an outside chance that it could be the MAF

No I haven't changed the PCV or air cleaner. But will thank you . I'm not sure what MAF means ?

I have a 2018 Nissan frontier 4 x 4, I encountered a problem with rough idle, A type of small vibration but still annoying, come to find out about the problem, it appears when I changed the battery, The computer gets messed up, since it was under warranty that's what the frontier dealership service department told me, they asked me if the battery has ever been disconnected and I said yes I put a new battery in, they said that was the problem, it seems the way in the future to offset this problem is to keep the engine running while removing the battery although this is not recommended way of doing it, otherwise keep in mind every time you disconnect the battery you may have to take it in to get it recalibrated which causes the rough idle,
