It might or might not. Two quick ways to check. 1.) After your brake lines leave the master cylinder they will enter a box with lots of wiring and the brake line will exit the other side. 2.) Or you can crank your front wheels one way and check your CV shafts. If your van has ABS it will have cogs in between the black rubber boot and the wheel bearings with a sensor that detects rotation. However, someone may have put the wrong shaft on your vehicle. An abs shaft will work in a non abs vehicle but not he other way around. Here is a pic of a random shaft with the cogs on the right.

Owner's Manual? If ABS is not standard, your manual will describe both systems. If ABS was standard, the desciption will tell you how to drive with an ABS system. If you don't have the manual, ask a parts store for available parts if you are not comfortable looking at the CV shafts yourself.

ABS is an option. 90% or more usually have abs. The manual will describe both braking systems but it will not tell you whether or not you have them. Have to check the vehicle physically. The dealer may be able to tell him with the VIN.
