abs and traction contro; comes on sometimes..sometimes not...stays on..sometimes not...is the car sound to drive...replace rotors and pads..stops fine

It's either a wheel bearing(s) or the wire(s) from the bearing to the body. The trac control and ABS are located in the wheel bearing hub assembly. It's fine to drive you just won't have anti-lock brakes or traction control.
