This really is not a "do it yourself" job, as there are a lot of things that can go wrong. But if you want to do it yourself, pick up a haynes manual, read the instructions, you will need to pick up some "special" tools and DO NOT skip a step. But in a nut shell it involves, dis-connecting the CV shaft, taking the tire off and "locking" the suspension (strut/coil spring). Once you have the tire off, most of what you see will need to come apart. As I said this really isnt a job for the drive way, is something goes wrong, It is very eay to get hurt, or worse. I am net trying to scare, but a shop will have all tools. If you still want to do it, Get the Haynes manual, from any parts store, and read it a few times. Then go slow, and dont skip any steps. read the book as you go. Hope this helps and best of luck

I've done it about five times in my driveway. It's one big nut and three smaller past a brake job. Go to GAOwnersClub.com for detailed instructions.

No need to remove the half shafts or mess with the struts/springs. The hub slides off the axle shaft with everything in place.
