The clicking noise you are hearing is most likely one of your CV ( Constant Velocity ) joints in the front axle shafts. Look under the front end of your car, just inside of the front wheels and you should see what looks like a cone shaped rubber boot at the end of each axle shaft. If one of these boots is torn or broken, you will notice alot of grease on the outside of this boot. These boots hold the grease in and keeps dirt out of the CV joints. If its not clicking too badly, you can just replace the boot and grease ( they make a kit to replace the boot without removing the axle ) and that should buy you some time. If it starts crunching or popping when you turn the wheel, its already too late.
