You pour the fluid into the transmission dip stick tube. Auto parts stores sell a long narrow funnel for this purpose.

Thankyou..! Now The oil that drained out is it the same oil from the other oil pan?
You don't want to use the old oil and I don't think there's a dipstick on you car, under the exhaust crossover tube and you see a red cap on top of the transmission itself. the cap unscrews and is a place to fill the transmission. You have to get the car on a level surface and be able to get under it. when you look up at the transmission it goes in a L shape, at the end of the L is a removable plug , start the car and pour in proper fluid until it starts to drain out the plug-reinstall plug when done.
NO! Use clean fresh oil of the correct type! This is the whole point of changing the transmission fluid. Your owner manual will tell you what type to use but the dip stick probably also says what type.
If you don't have a dipstick then you will have to get a hand operated oil pump to pump the oil into the transmission. Auto parts stores sell them. I would not start the car until you have the correct amount of fluid installed. Ask your auto parts store how much you need. Your owners manual may also say how much you need. Starting it with the trans dry could be a disaster.
It might also be possible to use a flexible hose with a funnel to pour the fluid into the trans but you would want to have a helper so one person could be under the car making sure the hose did not fall out of the fill hole.
