You said you replaced the hub assembly, new pads and rotors...but it sounds like you have bad ABS wheel sensor, did you test or replace them as well, make sure the sensor is aligned the correct way as well

It's the abs and Trac off lights, does computer need reset to make lights go out?

Traction Control and ABS use the same sensor and apparently yours is either not plugged in or not functional. There is one sensor per wheel and any can be causing the condition you describe. All the dash lights know is that your ABS and Trac systems are in a fault mode. Find the sensor that is faulting, plug it in or replace it, and the lights will go off.
