a VERY good chance its ur throttle position sensor (sounds stupid i know) when the low trac light comes on the car also shifts at a high rpm no matter how little u push on the gas right (engine revs real high)

this will sound even more stupid....but I had this problem after doing a tune-up. There is a 2 wire plug connector in the tube that goes from throttle body to air cleaner...if its not plugged in...it will cause this reaction
