When coming to a stop my car makes a lunging noise it has been suggested that my brake pads may need to be oiled or it can be a bushing. What kind of bushing?

never oil brake pads... NEVER! on stopping does it feel like the brake pedal pulses? if so, it is warped rotors. just squeals are normal from rust / debris on the rotors.

oil brakes ? where the hell did you get that from ? you might have to change the pads & grease the slides( what the calipers slide back & forth on. do yourself a favor and get somebody that knows brakes.
