why is my sunfire 2002 jumping gears

while driving, transmission will sometimes jump in and out of gear while
changing gears.
I guess more information is needed.
My sunfire is an automatic transmission. And transmission fluid is fine

Try adding some Lucas Transmission Fix Stop Slip remove one quart off fliud first do not want to over fill.
