If it's permanently on it would indicate a fault with your ABS and or traction control T/C

The most probable cause to your concern would be an issue with a wheel speed sensor or harness. ABS, of course, refers to the Anti-Lock Braking system, and the wheel speed sensors are what detect sliding and spinning, so your Traction Control light is also tied in there. When one of the sensors becomes dirty or fails, or when damage to the signal wires occurs, the ABS module is unable to detect the rate that the wheels are spinning at, so it turns off these modules. You may notice ABS activation at low speed stops and wheel spin on take-offs in slippery conditions.
