1994 firebird 383 stroker shuts off after 5 to 10 mins and wont start for at least 3 hours later sometimes longer.

I think that it could be the ignition. Maybe the coil(s) if you have them. They sometimes fail when hot and won't fire until cooled down. Try spraying starting fluid in the intake. If it does not fire - bad ignition system. If it fires - bad fuel delivery.

I replaced the Ignition control module and it still shuts off. I was thinking the coils too

There's only 1 ignition coil on an LT1 motor. But before you go replacing parts, a big question is if you got a tune for your car after you rebuilt the engine.

Alright. Can you hear the fuel pump spool up when you turn the key on with engine off? Should be a whirring sound from the back of the car.
