how do i get the two longest bolts out of my water pump to a 91 firebird

the two longest bolts to my 91 v6 firebirds water pump will not come out ive tried
everything.they no longer have heads on them

Your local auto parts should have a stripped bolt removal kit. They are fairly cheap and work real well.

Would also be a good idea to spray them with some bp blaster or the like and let it sit for a spell. The long bolts tend to get corrosion built up on the shank that goes thru the water pump.

Having the same problem with 1980 Bonneville. The two longest bolts will turn and come out about an inch but will not come out the rest of the way? Did you ever get yours out and if so, How?
